Messenger pop ups
I am not able to view my control panel in classic view. All I see on the left pane under see also is Windows update, Help and Support, and other control panel options links. Nothing else. I checked the registry for decimal entry. It is set to 1. I try to reset it to 0 and close. I reopen and it is 1 again.

May 05, 2003 01:33 PM When I try to view the Control Panel in Web View, the icons are bunched on the left side of the screen and the vertical scroll bar is stuck about 1/3 of the way from the left and can't be moved. Also, if I click on the WinNT folder, I can't see any files at all. If I use the Classic View,
